The MacBook Pro That Had To Go

Jim, a long-time Mac user
and has just sent back his new
Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro
to Apple
and asked for a refund.
It seems that the
problems that Jim encountered were not just as a
result of rotten luck on his part, but are being
experienced by other users too. Hopefully Apple
is working on a fix for the problems, as pissing
off your most faithful customers is rarely a good
business move.
Mind you, if this had happened to Tom, the displeasure
might have been articulated in more trenchant terms…
